- Modernize Sephora's supply chain capabilities through advanced analytics and data-driven solutions.
- Support the execution of Sephora's S&OP process with accurate data insights for effective decision-making.
- Lead initiatives related to Supply Chain Performance Management, aligning with the S&OP and Data Analytics Manager's vision.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on demand planning, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI to develop and enhance dashboards for KPI visualization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the S&OP Manager for timely data preparation for demand and supply review meetings.
- Assist in scenario planning to address supply chain challenges and business risks.
- Analyze historical trends and market data to refine forecasts and integrate demand planning data into the S&OP cycle.
- Monitor stock levels and provide input on replenishment strategies to optimize inventory.
- Develop and standardize Sephora's Supply Chain Performance Management framework and KPIs.
- Support transversal projects related to Data Analytics and performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand and supply planning, or a related field, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail industries.
- Exposure to S&OP processes and demand planning tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or RELEX is an advantage.
- Knowledge of statistical tools or demand planning software is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address potential issues.

3–5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand and supply planning, or related fields, preferably within FMCG, beauty, or retail industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
