1. Manage the execution of supply operations, including supplier orders and inter-warehouse flows.
2. Oversee the deployment of products in European stores.
3. Collaborate with internal departments such as Demand Planning, Merchandising, and Logistics, as well as external service providers.
4. Continuously improve service processes and tools.
5. Measure and share departmental performance metrics.
6. Update article parameters including statuses and end-of-life.
7. Analyze and create supplier orders.
8. Track deliveries for lead time, quantity, and product conformity.
9. Manage disputes and coordinate product shipments to stores.
10. Allocate products based on priorities and shipping constraints.
11. Develop and communicate shipment volumes and schedules.
12. Manage inventory levels and end-of-life products.
13. Construct retro-plans and supply plans.
14. Participate in marketing briefs and update tracking files.
15. Lead meetings and coordinate internal projects.
16. Track key performance indicators and propose improvements through new tools.

1. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within the distribution sector.

1. Fluent in English and French.
2. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving, summarization, and analysis skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within the distribution sector.

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
