Sephora Strategic Sourcing Manager, Technology

1. Develop and maintain strong business partner relationships within the Sephora Technology business unit.
2. Manage the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for primary technology categories, including Software/SaaS/PaaS/Cloud, Hardware, IT Services, and other subcategories.
3. Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Omnichannel, and Marketing stakeholders to develop strategic sourcing plans with defined cost savings and avoidance targets.
4. Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency and mitigate risks.
5. Partner with stakeholders on contract evaluation, redlining, and negotiation, including Technology, Legal, Privacy, Information Security, and Internal Controls.
6. Conduct all phases of complex contract development, including reviewing statements of work, RFI, and RFP development.
7. Advocate for compliance with Sephora's Indirect Spend and Delegation of Authority policies, 3rd party risk management, supplier diversity, and sustainability programs.
8. Ensure timely closure of sourcing engagements and maintain clear communication regarding progress, savings, and cost avoidance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in IT procurement/sourcing, including end-to-end RFx management.
3. 5+ years of experience in leading vendor negotiations and managing MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, and renewals.
4. 5+ years of project management experience in driving sourcing initiatives to completion.

1. Strong background in sourcing hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, and IT services.
2. Skilled in contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and vendor performance management.
3. Ability to partner with IT, Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, and Finance to facilitate decision-making.
4. Clear communication skills with the ability to escalate issues with solutions and influence stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with market-price benchmarks, licensing models, and vendor ecosystems.
6. Working knowledge of procurement/sourcing tools and systems.

5+ years in IT procurement/sourcing and project management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $147,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
