1. Support strategic sourcing projects by leveraging a structured sourcing process.
2. Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and execute sourcing needs.
3. Assist in RFx execution, including preparing documentation and evaluating supplier responses.
4. Contribute to negotiation processes and contract authoring and editing.
5. Perform data analysis to optimize total costs of ownership and outcomes.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Legal, Economics, or a related field.
2. Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree).
3. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
4. Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time positions.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

Previous internship or coursework related to sourcing/procurement, project management, legal, or analytics is a plus.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
