1. Lead and support store teams to ensure exceptional customer journeys and operational management.

3. Develop and implement store service plans to maximize sales and performance.
4. Manage and motivate the team through effective floor leadership and customer engagement.
5. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and operational policies.
6. Assist in achieving sales objectives and drive sales targets.
7. Contribute to maintaining store image through cleanliness and product restocking.
8. Monitor stock availability and report low stock to management.
9. Analyze KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
10. Coordinate team training and development initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales and service experience in a retail environment.
