1. Support all sales areas within the Sephora store, including color, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed company objectives.
3. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain the highest standards of store appearance and customer engagement.
4. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with team members and customers to enhance the shopping experience.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
