- Oversee the management of all in-store services, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage daily operations of the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained and services are executed flawlessly.
- Drive innovation by integrating technological advancements into service offerings, enhancing the in-store customer journey.
- Administer the online booking system, ensuring accurate availability of beauty advisors and courses, and maintain optimal staffing levels to support service demand.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events, ensuring they are well-planned and staffed to maximize customer learning and sales opportunities.
- Lead the training and development process for beauty advisors, providing opportunities for artistic skill enhancement.
- Participate in performance management situations, offering timely feedback and follow-up to team members for continuous improvement.
- Act as a service leader on the sales floor, collaborating with beauty advisors and engaging with customers.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of developing team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
