Sephora Store Services Manager

- Lead and develop the in-store team to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales goals.
- Train and mentor Beauty Advisors, conducting orientations and training sessions following Sephora's sales model.
- Address customer feedback through Medallia and other channels, acting as the Customer Experience Manager when necessary.
- Support recruitment efforts, manage interviews and hiring processes for direct reports.
- Organize and oversee events related to Beauty Services, ensuring proper planning and staffing.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and manage inventory, reconfigurations, and restocking.
- Collaborate with brand representatives to ensure quality training and provide constructive feedback.
- 2 to 4 years of management experience in sales, beauty, service, or equivalent internal position.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams towards achieving objectives.
- Competence in handling difficult conversations with confidence.
- Proficiency in building high-performing teams and talent development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

2 to 4 years of management experience in sales, beauty, service, or equivalent internal position.
