- Oversee the management of all in-store services, workshops, and events.
- Manage daily operations of Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained.
- Implement technological innovations to enhance customer experiences.
- Manage the online booking system and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Plan and execute in-store events to maximize customer learning and sales opportunities.
- Lead the development and certification process for beauty advisors.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as a service leader, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing and implementing technological tools for customer service.
2-4 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
