1. Lead and optimize store operations to ensure seamless execution of all processes according to company standards.
2. Supervise inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returns, and stock audits.
3. Oversee visual merchandising and manage internal or third-party cleaning teams, addressing issues as needed.
4. Manage supplies, testers, and samples within budget constraints.
5. Support performance management by providing feedback and follow-up to the team.
6. Act as the in-store leader, delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with both team members and clients.
7. Develop budget strategies with a strong understanding of revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in operational management or equivalent internal experience.

3. Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent.
4. Clear communication skills and proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
