- Lead and optimize store operations to ensure seamless execution of all processes according to company standards.
- Supervise inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returns, and stock audits.
- Oversee visual merchandising and manage internal or third-party cleaning teams, addressing issues as needed.
- Manage supplies, testers, and samples within budget constraints.
- Support performance management by providing feedback and follow-up to the team.
- Act as the in-store leader, delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with both team members and clients.
- Develop budget strategies with a strong understanding of revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operational management or equivalent internal experience.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving objectives.
- Calm demeanor in managing difficult conversations.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent.
- Clear communication skills and proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
