1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and periodic stock counts.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with corporate guidelines.
4. Supervise supply management to maintain budget and stock levels for store supplies and samples.
5. Evaluate team performance, providing timely feedback and coaching.
6. Act as the in-store leader, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers to enhance the shopping experience.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding sales, staffing, and payroll processes.

1. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and lead teams, attracting and developing talented store leaders.
