- Inspire and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Implement and uphold processes and policies to support long-term revenue growth.
- Manage floor operations to ensure a seamless client experience and motivate the team.
- Ensure stock levels and merchandising are accurate to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and maximize product performance.
- Maintain operational excellence in cash management and inventory control.
- Foster a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all audit procedures.
- Support the Store Director with market insights and strategic planning.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Oversee store appearance and maintenance, ensuring compliance with Sephora standards.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in operations.
- Minimum 2 years experience in team and people management.
- Intermediate product knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge in health and safety procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- English – Advanced level; Arabic is a plus.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to develop and manage teams and people.
- Organized, structured, and process-oriented.
Minimum 5 to 6 years in operations with at least 2 years in team and people management.
Bachelor’s degree.
