Sephora Store Operations Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience, embodying the Sephora Attitude.
- Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with Sephora standards and procedures.
- Drive sales and operational KPIs, creating strategic plans to enhance performance.
- Oversee inventory and stock management, coordinating with supply chain teams.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with Sephora's guidelines.
- Facilitate team training and development, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both clients and employees.
- Collaborate with the Store Director to develop and implement business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations.
- At least 2 years’ experience in team and people management.
- Advanced English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
- Intermediate product knowledge in beauty and cosmetics.
- Advanced knowledge in health and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and cash management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in team management.
Bachelor’s degree.
