Sephora Store Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and mobile register consultants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
- Understand and implement Sephora's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Manage warehouse organization in line with company standards.
- Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers according to company policies.
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Enforce sample policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory audits.
- Some consultants may receive training to perform cashier duties.

Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
