Sephora Store Operations and Talent Manager

- Manage all aspects related to team members and store operations at a designated Sephora location.
- Support staffing, store zoning, training, and onboarding of new beauty advisors.
- Develop and implement ongoing training strategies in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
- Oversee scheduling, approve leave requests, and manage payroll in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and manage performance issues.
- Ensure operational standards are met, including inventory management and stock control.
- Utilize sales, staffing, payroll, and controllable expense indicators to drive business objectives.
- 2 to 4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
- Experience in recruiting for all positions, including managerial roles.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage delicate conversations and maintain composure in all situations.
- Expertise in operational excellence and inventory management.
2 to 4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
