Sephora Store Operations and Talent Manager

- Manage all aspects related to team members and store operations at a designated Sephora location.
- Support staffing, store zone allocation, training, and onboarding of new beauty advisors.
- Establish store schedules and ensure execution of Sephora's operational standards.
- Act as a talent expert, conducting final interviews for key positions and utilizing the applicant tracking system for recruitment.
- Oversee training functions within the store, collaborating with the Store Director and education partners to develop and execute ongoing training strategies.
- Conduct and deliver comprehensive annual performance evaluations for direct reports and oversee the process for the entire store.
- Participate in performance management situations, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up for team improvement.
- Lead store operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards in shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic inventory counts, and process audits.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit with a strong understanding of store sales, staffing, payroll processes, and controllable expenses.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of developing beauty advisors to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Two to four years in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
