1. Manage all aspects related to team members and store operations at a designated Sephora location.
2. Support staffing, store zone allocation, training, and onboarding of new beauty advisors.
3. Establish store schedules and ensure execution of Sephora's operational standards.
4. Act as a talent expert, conducting final interviews for key positions and utilizing the applicant tracking system for recruitment.
5. Oversee training functions within the store, collaborating with the Store Director and education partners to develop and execute ongoing training strategies.
6. Conduct and deliver comprehensive annual performance evaluations for direct reports and oversee the process for the entire store.
7. Participate in performance management situations, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up for team improvement.
8. Lead store operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards in shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic inventory counts, and process audits.
9. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit with a strong understanding of store sales, staffing, payroll processes, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of developing beauty advisors to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
