1. Manage all aspects related to team members and store operations at a designated Sephora location.
2. Support staffing, store zoning, training, and onboarding of new beauty advisors.
3. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for recruitment and selection.
4. Oversee training functions in the store and collaborate with the Store Director and education partners to develop ongoing training strategies.
5. Provide comprehensive and timely annual performance evaluations for direct reports and oversee performance management processes.
6. Ensure operational excellence by leading store operations and managing inventory, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
7. Act as an expert with a strong understanding of store sales, staffing, payroll processes, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a store with equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role within a retail environment with equivalent sales volume.
