Sephora Store Operations and Talent Manager

- Manage all aspects related to team members and store operations at a designated Sephora location.
- Support staffing, store zone allocation, training, and onboarding of beauty advisors.
- Develop and execute ongoing store training strategies in collaboration with the store director and education partners.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for recruitment and selection.
- Provide comprehensive and timely annual performance evaluations for direct reports and oversee the process for the entire store.
- Ensure team members receive timely feedback for improvement and follow up as necessary.
- Lead store operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit with a strong understanding of store revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders.
