1. Oversee all operational aspects of the Free Standing Store in Zürich Glatt.
2. Develop action plans to enhance sales and customer traffic.
3. Plan staff schedules, develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Advance the commercial strategy considering the local market and competition.
5. Utilize trends and metrics to meet budget and sales targets, organizing sales activities accordingly.
6. Maintain the sales floor according to international standards, ensuring it is attractive and trendy.
7. Ensure high-quality customer service and foster customer loyalty, setting an example for the team.

1. Completed education with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
2. Proficient in various sales and leadership principles with the ability to implement them.

2. Creativity in exploring new sales avenues for revenue growth.
3. Excellence in leadership, organization, communication, and numerical acumen.
4. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
5. Stylish, well-groomed, and fashion-conscious appearance.

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a comparable setting.

Completed education in a relevant field.
