Sephora Store Manager

- Oversee all operational responsibilities for the Free Standing Store.
- Develop action plans to increase sales and customer flow.
- Plan staff schedules, develop and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Advance and push the commercial strategy considering the environment, competition, and market.
- Utilize trends and metrics to meet budget and target objectives, planning and organizing sales activities accordingly.
- Maintain and present the sales floor attractively and in line with international guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and customer loyalty, acting as a role model for employees.
- Completed education with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in various sales and leadership principles.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a hands-on mentality.
- Creativity in exploring new sales avenues for revenue growth.
- Strengths in leadership, organization, communication, and numerical aptitude.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Stylish, well-groomed, and fashion-conscious appearance.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position.
