Sephora Store Manager

- Assume full operational responsibility for all store activities.
- Develop action plans to increase sales and customer traffic.
- Plan staff schedules, develop and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Advance the commercial strategy considering the local environment and competition.
- Meet budget and target objectives using trends and metrics, planning and organizing sales activities accordingly.
- Maintain an attractive and trendy sales floor in line with international guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and customer loyalty, setting an example for employees.
- Completed education with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with various sales and leadership principles and the ability to implement them.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Creativity in exploring new sales avenues for revenue growth.
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
- Stylish, polished, and fashion-conscious appearance.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position.
Completed education in a relevant field.
