1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

3-5 years of management experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00. Eligibility for bonuses is also available.
