1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate employees.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,500.00 - $103,375.00. Additional bonuses may be available based on performance and other factors.
