Sephora Store Manager

- Monitor team performance, including KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives.
- Supervise customer service to ensure alignment with Sephora's guidelines.
- Ensure the store's economic performance, including budget and target achievement.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage the store's financials, including inventory discrepancies, management costs, and personnel expenses, while proposing cost optimization strategies.
- Analyze and drive customer behavior KPIs, such as traffic, average ticket, and items per transaction.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
- Lead and manage the store team, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design internal growth pathways.
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
- High agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong orientation towards results and team management.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent English proficiency; French is a plus.
