Sephora Store Manager

- Monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with Sephora's KPIs and personal and store objectives.
- Supervise customer service to ensure adherence to Sephora's guidelines.
- Ensure the store's economic performance by achieving budget and target goals.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage the store's financial accounts, including inventory discrepancies, operational costs, and personnel expenses, while proposing cost optimization strategies.
- Analyze and animate customer behavior KPIs, such as foot traffic, average ticket, and items per transaction.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels in line with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
- Lead and manage store specialists, overseeing recruitment, training, and team motivation.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design internal growth paths.
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, daily analysis, and reporting.
- Strong result-oriented mindset with a focus on team management and development.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and customer satisfaction orientation.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and supervise a team.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Dynamic, flexible, and smart with a love for fieldwork.
- Excellent analytical skills for handling complex situations.
A minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role within a dynamic multinational retail environment is required.
High school diploma required; a bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
