- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.
- Proven experience as a retail manager in a high-volume setting.
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Physical ability to perform store duties, including lifting and standing.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
