1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.

7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager in a high-volume setting.
2. 3-5 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
6. Physical ability to perform store duties, including lifting and standing.

The annual base salary range is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
