Sephora Store Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora’s brand values.
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent through continuous coaching and feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure first-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising to align with Sephora's brand and culture.
- Manage store profit and loss, monitor stock levels, and develop sales and budget strategies.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive store culture, recognizing and enabling team success through career development and recognition.
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics, and support talent attraction, recruitment, and development.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a big box or multi-site environment.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Proficiency in attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

$82,160 Base Salary + Super + Bonus
