Sephora Store Manager

1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora's brand values.
3. Utilize data-driven insights to support operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
4. Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the team and foster collaboration with the wider team.
5. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
6. Develop and execute sales and budget strategies, including profit and loss management and stock level monitoring.
7. Maintain and enhance store culture, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
8. Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure performance and support talent recruitment and development.

1. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
4. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on motivating and coaching team members.
5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
