1. Manage the store's service, people development, merchandising, and operational functions.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture to maximize profitability and compliance.
3. Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager and Director of Stores.
4. Maintain optimum store staffing levels to deliver exceptional client experiences.
5. Utilize client service reporting to monitor and improve service levels.
6. Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to grow the business.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire staff with HR assistance.
8. Train and supervise management team members to develop leadership skills.
9. Ensure a coaching culture with timely feedback and performance evaluations.
10. Conduct staff training and ensure product knowledge is up-to-date.
11. Maintain Sephora’s merchandising concepts and inventory levels.
12. Ensure compliance with all Sephora policies and procedures.
13. Model client service and leadership standards on the floor.

1. Minimum of 3 years in retail/store line management.
2. Experience in cosmetics is desirable.

2. Strong analytical abilities.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
