- Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and empower clients.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora’s values.
- Enhance team performance and support internal talent development.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
- Foster a continuous improvement mentality and work in partnership with the wider team.
- Ensure first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Create meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including brand events and visual merchandising.
- Manage store profit and loss, stock levels, and sales forecasting.
- Maintain a strong, positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Monitor KPIs and support talent recruitment and development.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
