1. Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and empower clients.
2. Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora’s values.
3. Enhance team performance and support internal talent development.
4. Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
5. Foster a continuous improvement mentality and work in partnership with the wider team.
6. Ensure first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
7. Create meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty.
8. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including brand events and visual merchandising.
9. Manage store profit and loss, stock levels, and sales forecasting.
10. Maintain a strong, positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
11. Monitor KPIs and support talent recruitment and development.

1. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Previous retail management experience, preferably in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.

$79,000 + Super + Bonus + Commission
