1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora's brand values.
3. Enhance team performance and develop internal talent through coaching and feedback.
4. Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.

6. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
7. Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.
8. Maintain a strong and positive store culture that values recognition and career development.
9. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive business performance and attract top talent.

1. Previous retail management experience in a big box or multi-site environment.

$79,000 + Superannuation + Bonus + Commission
