Sephora Store Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and team members, including conducting career appraisals.
- Record and manage team attendance and organize training courses.
- Implement floor management and embody the Sephora Attitude.
- Oversee recruitment and develop recruitment strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and analyze retail key figures to enhance store performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and maintain sales floor orderliness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and evaluate feedback to improve client experience.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate daily staff deployment.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal product availability.
- Oversee store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
- Participate in retail projects and maintain relationships with partners.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Analytical and commercial acumen.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Proficiency in English and native language of the country.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty sector, with proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
