- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced product knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing market conditions.
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in store management, preferably in the beauty or luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree.
