Sephora Store Manager

1. Create exceptional customer experiences by focusing on client service and collaboration, utilizing Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and propose improvements.
2. Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability, identifying and analyzing sales opportunities.
3. Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency while maintaining brand representation.
4. Enhance store culture by engaging and inspiring through Sephora's values of Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
5. Provide coaching and development to team members, fostering growth and understanding of their strengths.

1. Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
2. Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts.

Previous experience in retail management at a store with equivalent sales volume is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
