1. Create exceptional customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration.

1. Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
2. Flexible availability to work.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts.
4. Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and policies.

2. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
3. Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
4. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store environment.

$83,700.00 - $97,375.00 annually, with potential bonuses based on various factors including qualifications and experience.
