1. Oversee daily store operations ensuring a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Client management skills.

Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, preferably in a high volume or complex setting.

The annual base salary ranges from $76,100 to $88,540, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
