- Ensure effective planning and distribution of sales targets to achieve them.
- Oversee recruitment and maintain staff motivation and engagement to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Utilize customer satisfaction reports and in-store observations to monitor service levels and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales results, share outcomes with the team, and address opportunities to meet proposed targets.
- Develop strategies to grow the business, boost sales, enhance the customer loyalty program, organize events, and improve product and service knowledge among staff.
- Experience in leadership roles within the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Time management and planning.
- Demand and scheduling planning.
Previous experience in leadership positions within the beauty sector is required.
