Responsibilities
- Ensure effective planning and distribution of sales targets.
- Responsible for hiring staff and maintaining motivation and engagement to provide exceptional customer shopping experiences.
- Utilize customer satisfaction reports and in-store observations to monitor service levels and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales results, share outcomes with the team, and act on opportunities to achieve proposed targets.
- Develop strategies to grow the business, boost sales, enhance the customer loyalty program, organize events, and improve team knowledge of products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience in leadership roles within the beauty industry.
Skills
- Time management and planning.

- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
