1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure an exceptional client experience and operational efficiency.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance evaluations, manage employee development, and provide ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exemplary service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Client management skills.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,300.00 - $106,210.00. Bonuses may be available based on performance.
