Sephora Store Manager

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Flexible availability for retail scheduling.

The annual base salary ranges from $83,700 to $97,375, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
