1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and drive sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
2. Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team to foster growth, accountability, and exceed performance goals.

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,300.00 - $106,210.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
