Sephora Store Manager

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in store management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital orientation with strong analytical and business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
- Intermediate knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in store management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing operations in a retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
