1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial and operational KPIs.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales and budget strategies to drive store performance and profitability.
3. Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
4. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to analyze sales results and propose action plans for improvement.
5. Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment through effective floor management.
6. Foster strong relationships with Brand Managers and ensure effective collaboration with brand representatives.
7. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the Retail Manager to prevent out-of-stock situations.
8. Provide coaching and development to the store team, ensuring continuous learning and growth.
9. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
10. Organize and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in store management.
