Sephora Store Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and budget strategies to drive store performance and profitability.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to analyze sales results and propose action plans for improvement.
- Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment through effective floor management.
- Foster strong relationships with Brand Managers and ensure effective collaboration with brand representatives.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the Retail Manager to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Provide coaching and development to the store team, ensuring continuous learning and growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
- Organize and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in store management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital orientation with strong analytical and business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
- Intermediate knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in store management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing operations in a retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
