1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

2. Ability to attract and inspire employees.
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,300.00 - $106,210.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
