1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead a team of associates, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality settings.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management skills.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $88,540.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
