- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $79,900.00 - $92,958.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
