1. Create exceptional customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration.
2. Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
3. Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

5. Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans.

1. Previous retail management experience in a high-volume store.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.

1. Ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams on the sales floor.
2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
3. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a high-volume store environment, is required.

The annual base salary range is $79,900.00 - $92,958.00, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
