- Create exceptional customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration.
- Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
- Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

- Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.

The annual base salary range for this position is $79,900.00 - $93,000.00, with potential bonuses. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
