- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora's brand values.
- Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising to ensure alignment with Sephora's brand and culture.
- Develop and execute sales and budget strategies to maximize store profitability.

- Attract, recruit, and develop store talent to build a high-performing team.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
