1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and drive sales.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance store profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling of complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $88,500.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
