1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and empower clients.
2. Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora's brand values.
3. Enhance team performance and support internal talent development.
4. Utilize data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
5. Implement a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
7. Develop sales and budget strategies, managing profit and loss, and monitoring stock levels.
8. Maintain a strong and positive store culture, fostering career development and recognition.
9. Monitor KPIs and assist in attracting, recruiting, and developing store talent.

1. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
4. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on motivating and coaching team members.
5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
6. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
7. Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.

Previous experience in retail management, preferably within a big box or multi-site environment.

$79,000 + Super + Bonus + Commission
