1. Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance, including budget and target attainment.
2. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
3. Manage the store's profit and loss statement and propose strategies to optimize costs.
4. Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior.
5. Maintain optimal stock levels and manage the stockroom in line with merchandising strategies.
6. Implement company procedures and commercial policies established by central departments.
7. Lead and manage Sephora Specialists and foster a positive team environment.
8. Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design internal career development programs.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.

2. Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong results orientation.
4. Ability to manage a complex and sizable team.
5. Strategic vision and ability to translate future possibilities into strategies.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
