1. Ensure the achievement of the store's economic performance, including budget and target attainment.
2. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, new product launches, and CRM campaigns.
3. Manage the store's financial accounts, including inventory discrepancies, operational costs, and personnel expenses, while proposing strategies for cost optimization.
4. Analyze and drive customer behavior KPIs, including foot traffic, average transaction value, and items per transaction.
5. Oversee stock management, ensuring appropriate inventory levels in alignment with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
6. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
7. Lead and manage Sephora Specialists, fostering a customer-centric and dynamic sales floor environment.
8. Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design tailored internal growth pathways.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.

2. Strong analytical skills for daily reporting and analysis.
3. Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Results-oriented with a strong team management aptitude.

Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of experience in analogous positions, ideally within fast-paced multinational retail settings.
